Shivence Media is a creator-marketing agency that connects creators and brands for collaborations. By registering on this website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Registering with us

Creators and brands register for free. There is no fee to create a profile or to submit a brief, and no fee if a match never happens.

How matching works

We review every registration personally and reach out on WhatsApp when there's a genuine fit. We do not guarantee a match within a fixed timeframe, and we reserve the right to decline a registration that doesn't fit our network.

Commission

We only earn a small commission once a deal actually closes between a creator and a brand through Shivence Media. The exact terms of any commission are agreed directly with you before a collaboration is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Information you submit should be accurate and up to date.
• Creators and brands are expected to communicate honestly and deliver what's agreed once a collaboration is confirmed.
• Any contract or payment terms for a specific collaboration are between the creator and the brand, with Shivence Media coordinating where agreed.

Limitation of liability

Shivence Media facilitates introductions and coordination; we are not liable for the content, quality or outcome of a collaboration once both sides have agreed to work together directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
